I'm here because I met Phil at Seattle Green Drinks!

I've been involved in global warming and climate research off and on since the early 90s, and have always had a passion for the environment. I'm a compulsive reuser/recycler/scrap-a-holic who recently downsized my vehicle to an old biodiesel VW for 100% of my commuting needs. I prefer to spend as much time outside as possible, and want to continue doing so without having to wear a bioengineered hazmat suit, or by shooting missiles of sulfur into the sky, or any other band-aid method of addressing climate change. But mostly I'm here because my little personal steps are not enough and I know more can be done if we pool our energies.
