I'm the founder of 2People and the lead developer of this site. Like most people, I was going along happily in my own little world, which for me meant music and writing and earning a living doing software. Then about three years ago I woke up. The more that I looked into what scientists were saying about the state of the planet, the more I realized there was an absurd gap between ecological reality and political reality. Now I scratch my head and wonder how I could have been so complacent. I'm dedicated to closing that reality gap and mobilizing the millions of people like me who would care passionately if they just looked up from what they were doing for a moment. I believe that we humans have the capacity to live sustainably on this planet. This site is part of my effort to give us the tools for getting there.
