Wanna help?

seattleDIRT.com is an e-zine working to dig up the under-reported environmental and social justice news in the Seattle area. Articles will include the stuff big newspapers tend to leave out--community gatherings, protests, grassroots organizations, pollution levels, ecosystem health...you get the picture.

Would you like to write for seattleDIRTor gather information the community can use to make more informed decisions about our city? Do you have a great idea for a column but nowhere to publish it? Then we need you!

We are launching this winter and could use your help. Let us know if you would like to contribute in any way.

We are just starting out, so we can't pay you, but we'll give you creative freedom and as much writing experience as you'd like. We might also be persuaded to throw in a monthly homemade dinner or a round of beers.

Please e-mail contribute@seattledirt.com for more information about how to get involved with seattleDIRT.
