I'm really into the whole food issue right now. I'm reading Michael Pollan's "The Omnivore's Dilemma": this is a great book!!! a must read for anyone interested in the relationship between the industrial food chain, fossil fuels, pollution, and of course, nutrition. AND, this book will make you look upon ethanol in whole new way: corn is big business.
