I have switched to a reuseable product for my monthly menstral cycle.

It is called the Diva Cup, it is made of medical grade Silicone and is way better for you than tampons, pads ect, and is much less harmful to the environment as I am not trowing anything out every month.

 It was 40.00 and I haven't had to buy anything else (pads ect) 

Each month I would go through 25 tampons and liners during my cycle which is 600 less items going into our landfills, now that I have switched.

I have just recently switch to  Eco Sense products for my laundry and cleaning supplies. So far they work just as well as the commercial grade stuff except they are non-alkaline contains no chlorine bleach, ammonia,phosphates or caustic chemicals, some are made of organic, biodegradable ingredients even the bottles can be recycled. And I use a lot less than I would normally.

I am really happy with these products.
