Hi, all. Have you heard about the U.S. Mayors Climate Change Agreement?

Over 400 mayors of U.S. towns and cities have taken action to pick up where the president left off. Mayors who sign this agreement are committing to meet or exceed Kyoto Protocol standards in their communities, as well as pushing the feds to do the same.  Even though our federal government refuses to join the rest of the world in the global warming fight, we can do it hometown by hometown!

Write your mayor a letter and urge him/her to make this commitment. Or write editorials to your paper. Or get a town-wide petition going.
