Anyone know about this movie, opening at Sundance?
Does anyone have information about this organization, headed by David Gershon? I was recently sent an e-mail about a 4-session support group for a "low carbon diet" in Watertown, MA. I think it's free and sounds informative, but I always wonder...

an article recently has inspired me to try different brands to see the variations in color. Also to ask about recycling programs for floursecents - what's out there in your communities?
Someone sent this link my way. I think it's worth looking at as another good effort to educate and inspire.

This documentary is showing at the Boston Independent Film Fest (though I may have already missed it). Michael Pollan makes an appearance and I found the trailer interesting, so here's the link:

The Boston Globe has this article on the front page today. Even though a sentence at the end would ask people to consider the benefits of wind farms, mostly it confirms the fears people have of how wind farms will have negative effects. These people do have legitimate concerns (were they lied to, are projects hidden until the last minute - I've encountered this regarding cell towers), but the paper puts front page faces on these stories and also creates the impression that there is no solution. How do we counter this "news"?
If this link doesn't work, just go to Boston.com

I was looking at the Seattle Focus the Nation team to see how 2People is being used actively by a team. This led me to learn more about Focus the Nation in general and I'm wondering if anyone near me (eastern Massachusetts) is involved, or wants to be.
