Drive less

There are lots of ways to reduce your driving. Here are some: • Make time to Walk or Bike or Bus. • Plan ahead. Combine errands. • Carpool. 

An electric bike is a great way to replace most single occupancy trips within the city.  For commuting, it's twice as fast as a regular bike and you don't sweat, so you can wear your work clothes.  For errands, it's often faster than a car because you don't have to hunt for parking.  It will even haul heavy bags of groceries up hills.   It's more affordable than a hybrid car, and gets the equivalent of about 1,000 mpg.
